Ingredients
1 block of firm Tofu
1 tbsp Avocadoil
1/4 cup sesame seeds
For the dipping sauce
1 tbsp Avocadoil
1 tbsp mirin
1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1 clove minced garlic
1 red chilli
Salad
Baby Raddish
Rocket
Spring onion
Method
Place the Tofu on a kitchen towel and press with another kitchen towel to remove any excess moisture
Place the sesame seeds in a flat plate
Coat the Tofu with Avocado oil & then coat in the sesame seeds
Heat Avocadoil in a pan
Place Tofu on the pan and cook from all sides
Prepare the dipping sauce by combining all the ingredients
Serve the Tofu in slices along with the fresh salad of rocket, raddish & spring onion
Pour the sauce on tofu while serving
