Ingredients:
- 1 baby Burrata
- 5-6 peaches
- 20-30 California grapes
- 3 Heirloom Tomatoes
- 6-7 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp fennel
- 1/4 cup Avocadoil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Fresh mint leaves
To make the Fennel infused Avocado oil dressing:
In a small pan slightly heat the Avocado oil for thirty seconds
Once heated pour this over the fennel seeds and leave it over night to infuse
Combine the lemon juice and maple syrup to make the salad dressing
To Assemble the Salad:
In a plate, place grilled peaches, grilled grapes along with the tomatoes
Place the fresh Burrata and pour the Fennel infused avocado oil over it
Garnish with some fresh mint and serve
