Method
In a bowl the Greek yogurt along with honey, orange zest and thyme
Spread it on the platter
Add muddled mulberries on top along with fresh blueberries and blackberries
Add orange segments and rosemary to garnish
Lastly drizzle Avocadoil
- 1/2 cup Blueberry
- 1/2 cup Mulberry
- 1/4 cup Blackberry
- 4-5 sprigs of Rosemary
- 1/2 cup cherry
- 2 oranges
- 2 tbsp Avocadoil
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
