In a mixing bowl add the Avocadoil along with lemon juice, hung curd, ginger paste, chopped garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, cinnamon and turmeric.
Season with salt and pepper
Add the chicken to this and marinate by rubbing the mixture thoroughly
Transfer to refrigerator and let it rest for 4-5hrs
Arrange them in skewers
Preheat the grill to medium high heat and grill the chicken till it cooks and gets slightly charred from edges
Garnish with fresh coriander, cranberry and walnuts
Serve with a avocado mint yogurt dip and a Barley pil
